I brought my vehicle to this shop to have the battery replaced because it had been sitting for a long time and the battery had gone bad. After keeping my vehicle overnight, the next day an employee called me and recommended that I also replace the belt and tensioner. They also recommended replacing all four tires and all four brakes. I only agreed to replace the battery, belt, and tensioner, for a total of $1,086.46. My tires had just been replaced, and the brakes were less than six months old. Since my vehicle had simply been sitting in the garage for a long time without being driven, I don’t understand why they recommended replacing them. That afternoon, I went to pick up my vehicle. When the long-haired technician handed me the vehicle, I immediately noticed a strange noise coming from the front of the engine. I asked him why the vehicle didn’t make this noise when I brought it in, but now it was making this noise after their repair. His response was simply, “I don’t know.” I drove the vehicle home and noticed that the dashboard was still showing a warning that the battery needed to be replaced. Since my house was only about 2 miles away and it was already around 5 PM, the s

BEWARE! I had my wife's small suv and my trucks oil change here. Half way through our experience they came out and said my truck needed new tires and brakes/rotors they were unable to rotate my tires because my breaks and rotors was so bad which was $1,400 to have breaks/rotors done. Another $856 to have new tires. I've messed around with cars off and on my entire life and that didn't make sense to me. I also had new breaks put on last oil change. So needless to say I started to really pay attention. They came back and said my wife's car needed tires too and had a severe oil leak that would cost us $1,433 We knew about the oil leak and it leaks about a half qt every oil change. The tires to my suprise would cost more than my lifted 4x4 tow packaged truck at $907. We was hit with two separate bills of over $2,300. After they pulled the vehicles out the garage they stated they had to drive them for a QC check. They drove my truck for 30 min and my wife's car 40 min. When we went to pay I asked them to please document that they was unable to do the tire rotation because of the breaks. She said it was in the paperwork. I asked her to show me and she couldn't because it wasnt there. S

Awesome experience from start to finish! Juston was absolutely amazing to work with, and the rest of the staff were incredibly nice and courteous. They managed to get me in and out the exact same day. On top of the great service, their pricing was very reasonable compared to a few other shops I had checked out. Professional, fast, and fair. Highly recommend!

I wanted to like this place more as it was close by and I had taken my car in there once before and they were honest that there was nothing wrong and no work needed to be done. But my experience with getting new brakes and rotors was extremely subpar. I had an appointment (which is a must for me as I have a very demanding and limited schedule), they re-iterated the time frame once I got there, and it still took more than twice as long and over 4 hours. Even though they knew I was coming in for a brake and rotor change, the parts were not readily available. They have to procure everything, and every time they needed an item (expected or unexpected), they had to call NAPA and have them drop parts off. Literally saw a NAPA truck every hour drop items off. Which means an hour wait every time they need something. On top of it, I wouldn't have thought any shop would be more than a dealer. I should have price shopped as they were $300 more than the Ford dealer down the road. And charged me a $54 break inspection even though I told them I'm here for this service based on your recommendation from the last time I was there. As much as they pride themselves on transparency, they really aren

Back story: Literally having the worst week ever. My car got broken into and they stole my wallet... I was working right next door at the car wash. My husband came to check my spark plugs while on break from his job. Because my check engine light came on and my car started running a little weird. He had to go back to work and forgot to leave the extension for the deep well to tighten the spark plug back. I went next door to this place and stood there for a few minutes before someone even came and acknowledged me. Then I asked if I could use the extension for just a minute to tighten the spark plug back down. And this dude came back and said they don't have an extension. Your literally a mechanic shop. I do understand tools cost money and all but literally, Noone has compassion anymore. I'm disappointed in these men and it's actually really sad that you charge so much for car repairs but can't help out someone that is in the neighborhood where your business is located. Step up your ethics...
